Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: vom Topf bis zum Streichholz für die vorhandene Kerze. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls wunderschön und der Pool ist bei solch hohen Temperaturen, wie wir sie hatten, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um das gesamte Locarner Umland kennenzulernen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die angrenzenden Täler und Städte unternommen und sind viel gewandert. "The apartment is comfortable and the staff was very insistent that the place be cleaned very well before we stay there. Location is good, near the lake. There is no AC but a large fan was provided which was nice."
