Lovely location right on the water. The reception desk closes at 8 pm, I arrived after reception closed but thankfully they were able to arrange for me to get a key when I arrived. Great breakfast.

I booked this hotel very last minute. It is amazing. We chose a room with a view of the lake with a balcony. Certainly worth it. The location is perfect for restaurants walking and the ferry. The room is comfortable. Loved it!

The staff at the reception and at the Riva restaurant were amazing.The breakfast was still great.If you need public parking , mainly at Autosilo Comunale Ascona, or any public parking , be aware that the City of Ascona does not offer to canadians or us residents the 6 francs rebate for 24hours, so you will pay 24 francs and not 18 francs.On the previous stays the hotel use to offer a rebate, but no more.So,I think the hotel shoud say something or do something about it as is also a matter of principle.Why I could not get the same rebate as EU or UK visitors ?

Das Boutique-Hotel das zur Sevengruppe gehört, zeichnet sich durch Design und Komfort aus! Kleine Optimierungen bei der täglichen Reinigung des Zimmers wären eine Optimierung!( Staub von ALLEN Flächen imkl designten Wänden, sonst alles zufriedenstellend.

Das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Bad war es leider sehr eng und man hatte keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Nachttisch war sehr unpraktisch, da alles heruntergefallen ist. Er schliesst nicht mit der Wand ab. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, hatte eine grosse Auswahl und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, direkt am See. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen.
