"Wow! This is a magnificent hotel in every way! It is beautiful, luxurious and filled with old world elegance. Our room was beautiful with lovely views of the lake. The breakfast was one of the most expansive and delicious spreads that I’ve seen. I could not recommend this more highly!"

"We had an amazing 6-day stay at Hotel Funicolare. The family suite provided to us was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short drive to both Lake Como and Lugano. The views from our rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always helpful. "It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."
