"very nice property. villa favorita is the most economy option in the hotel. rooms are nicely appointed, but quite dated - Fotos look too nice, beautiful, very large property, very nice spa, pool and exercise facility, breakfast is nice - buffet and space - weird how there is no direct way to outside. free bikes, however, they are in desperate need of service or replacement. overall very nice stay in beatiful ascona/locarno area"

"A nice hotel in the middle of the Locarno. The man in the reception was really helpful and service minded. We got help eäwith both parking anfäd nice places to visit. A bit poor breakfast but a charmig location with a french balcony towards the street. It was really warm days and the fan had to short cord so the windows needed to be open why the noises from the street were disturbing. The room was spacious so there was a great familyroom. Close to restaurants, shops and adventures. "

"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience. "

"Well situated near both the station and the lake. A simple hotel for a simple weekend to relax in peace and quiet, so Porto Ceresio and il Canneto were perfect for us. The hotel breakfast was also very simple, but included in the price - so no complaints there. "

"Clean, comfortable though a bit hot in room open windows and closed shutters worked great for the night. Ate breakfast, nice selection also provided gluten free alternatives. Dinner service looked good, a lot of locals that is always a good sign. Service personnel spoke several languages which is great."
