"The Royal Oak is the best place to stay in London. The staff is superb, very friendly and quite helpful. The food prepared by their cook Sammi is delicious - the slow-roasted tomatoes were the best, she roasted them overnight and they were sooooo good!! Our room was very clean, well appointed, cleaned daily and filled with goodies and tea! Jay, Dawn, Maria and the rest of the staff made our stay so enjoyable!! They always had time for us, answered every question we had, helped us navigate...

"جميله ونظيفه ومب ضيقة ( بالنسبه للندن) والموظفين جداً متعاونين وبشوشين ، أعطوني افطار مجاني ، المكان بعيد عن السنتر لكن بالاندرقراوند يمكن 20 إلى 25 دقيقة قريبه جدا من محطة الباصات توقف واحد بس بالباص ومشي تقريباً 15 -20 دقيقة ، إذا زرت لندن مره ثانية راح تكون من ضمن خياراتي . Nice, very clean, helpful staff, they gave me a free breakfast for 3 days, the apartment is far from the city center, but the Underground takes 20-30 minutes, when I return to London again I will make it among my options"

"Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Westbridge Hotel for a weekend. The rooms were lovely , the lounge and bar area very relaxing and all the staff were so great. Used it to access ExCel which is a 20 minute or so bus ride away and very convenient. My room faced away from street and was super quiet and peacefu."

"We needed a wheelchair accessible room, and the one provided was well designed for my 88-year-old mother. She was so comfortable in the room; it was clean. The amenities included a stove, fridge, microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, etc. She loved the bathroom, with all its accessories to help her get around, and the warming towel rack. She likes how nothing was wasted; she likes that electricity is not wasted because of the design of the room. She slept well and claims she felt right at home."
