"Everything was perfect room staff and food"

"Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over."

"The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended."

"Well built hotel. Poorly maintained. Staff somewhat indifferent to issues. Shower had mould probably due to poor ventilation. Dust settled in lots of places which were not cleaned including in the restaurant. Shame as it has potential."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"The room was clean the bed was clean and fresh. The mattress was tired and way too soft. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of cereals and fruit. Cooked breakfast was hot and well cooked. Parking is on street but ample."

"Everything and the staff, breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a guest house Thank you snooze rooms we will be back"
