The owner and staff were obliging and attentive especially Taylor who was a delight to meet and went out of her way to make sure our stay met with our requirements. "We had a lovely couple of nights at this beautiful hotel. Our room wasn’t ready until 4.50 pm which was a bit disheartening after a 3 hour drive and it was disappointing we were just offered a cup of tea and a sit in the lounge. This could have been handled better . The food was delicious, it was very quiet and beautiful lounges a shame there wasn’t anything to encourage guests to stay downstairs after dinner. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. "

I wasn’t expecting a bar either or the secure free parking so this was all a nice surprise. Will definitely be using this hotel again. "
