"Yes we both enjoyed our stay at Somerville house..we stayed at the rear of the property with excellent views of the garden & beyond the town. The room was very good..bed very comfy & a great breakfast the next day .. The house also came with its own history of days gone by !!! Would definately go back there some time . "Great welcome. Manager/owner he was at the entrance to welcome us in as we got out the car and offered to carry bags which was lovely. Asked if we needed breakfast but we didnt as heading off early. Quirky rooms but all well decorated and tea/coffee, ironing board. Had air con and fan as a top floor hot room so good was there already. Only a one night stop over but would definitely recommend/ return in the future."

"Excellent three night stay in the room at the top, which had a free standing bath, and a very comfortable bed. There was a shared lounge too and amazing breakfasts every morning which set us up for the day. Lots of car parks nearby - luckily we found a free one most days. Close to many restaurants. Wonderful decor and feel about the place. A perfect place to stay and relax after walking in the hills."

"I can't say enough nice things about our stay. The interior design is GORGEOUS!! We stayed in the Foxes Den and OMG it was adorable! I wish we could have seen the other rooms! It was clean, comfy, and right in the middle of everything in Monmouth. The staff was wonderful and provided such detailed check in information. We can't wait to go back! :)"

"We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean. The terrace became a second room and we spent most of our time there, joyfully chatting and admiring the view. "This property is wonderful. The property is brand new/recently renovated and this is apparent as soon as you step inside the front door. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves."
