"The room was very clean and the service was very professional. The breakfast was almost cold. Very disappointing. Didn't sleep well due to the pillows Just an idea: maybe a tv downstairs, more comfortable chairs to relax on also downstairs. "

Comfortable bed and good shower/wc room which appeared to have been recently refurbished. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bar with reasonably priced drinks."

"If you’re looking for the best hotel in Liverpool that is local to the stadium, this is the one. I travelled from London for a football match and booked this hotel for the weekend. Staff are caring, breakfast was good! The rooms are well maintained. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much :)"

"The Staff were all very nice and pleasant. The room however needed attention. The main light had no lampshade. There was a very big stain on the newish carpet. Soap bottles were half empty. The curtain was hanging off its rail. The bed and bedding were all good. A few little attention to these details would improve the comfort of the room. "
