"We chose the back 40 for our wedding venue because of the beautiful property and the size of our group. What we didn't realize at the time was that it was the PERFECT PLACE for us! The photos don't do it justice and the hosts are 110% incredible. We found ourselves often asking if they'd like to join us, they made me feel like the most special bride ever for the entire stay. They went above and beyond from every small detail to the bigger picture. I cannot state enough how amazing our time...

"We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and matched pictures in listings. It’s on the ground floor; handy since there are no elevators in the complex. Host was helpful and responded quickly. The apartment complex is quiet, safe, and has nice amenities. Close to Johnson Space Center."

"We got a good deal on an "older" unit in a rural area. However, it has been totally remodeled with new, full-size appliances. We liked the responsiveness of the host and the cleanliness of the unit. (The floor was so shiny and polished that it was slippery the first night that we were there!) Best of all, the A/C was overpowered for the size of the unit which meant that it had no problem doing its job. Hot water was plentiful. Internet measured 350 mbps. Yes, we would stay again!"

"We wanted a safe, clean, functional 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment near NASA for a one month stay so we could be near for the birth of our first grandchild and have room for other family members who might visit. This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, extremely well maintained and very clean. Also, while a bit spartan, it was very well furnished, had everything we needed and was basically in "as new" condition. The apartment itself is on the second floor of a building...

"The place was great for our family stay. Great for 4 people to spread out and or hang together. An awesome surprise was that unit was nice and close to the pool. Clean everything. Close to area attractions and we loved being between Houston and Galveston. Owner was helpful getting checked in and we didnt actually need anything else. We would stay there again."
