Did not have wash and dryer as was stated had in listing. Was advertised as guest house for 5 but no bedding for sofa bed. One of the 4 bath towels in bathroom was stained and torn was more of a rag. "The room was so cute and inviting. All the little touches made our stay so relaxing which included the bed and pillow, so comfy. The pictures don't do this little room justice. The condo building was just a few steps away from the beach and sat between 2 different beachfront restaurants. When it is just me and the hubby again, we will be staying here."

While small, it’s clean and bright inside, and the bed is comfortable. From the deck, you can see the water, which is nice for a morning coffee, or evening drink. "Our apartment was very clean, well equipped and ideally located just a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The only thing to consider is that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms."

"We chose the back 40 for our wedding venue because of the beautiful property and the size of our group. What we didn't realize at the time was that it was the PERFECT PLACE for us! The photos don't do it justice and the hosts are 110% incredible. We found ourselves often asking if they'd like to join us, they made me feel like the most special bride ever for the entire stay. They went above and beyond from every small detail to the bigger picture. I cannot state enough how amazing our time...
