"Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside."

"This is a well equipped cottage which is in a rural position on the edge of the town, accessed by a short but unlit lane. It is a 15 minute walk into the High Street and there are plenty of countryside walks from the doorstep."

"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. "This is a lovely property in a beautiful and peaceful area, with plenty of space for our kids to play. It is a good base for a number of activities around the south coast, we visited Knockhatch Adventure Park, Worthing Beach and the Clip N Climb at Tonbridge with relative ease though you do need a vehicle to get to most places. "Very nice property with lovely outside area"

"Our family were attending a wedding nearby. The house was exactly as described. Rooms were great. Very comfy beds! There was 1 bathroom upstairs with a shower, bath and toilet and 1 toilet downstairs. The lounge had plenty of sofa space. Also a lovely big kitchen. We were able to use the garden furniture on the sun trap patio. Shopping parade was a 5-10 minute drive away. Everyone loved their stay at the property and we would thoroughly recommend a group of 6-8 people having a stay here."

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. "Excellent comfortable cottage, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with amazing views across the farmland beyond. Some nice local pubs within a couple of miles for food and/or drink. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return. Highly recommended."

"The property had all we needed for a two nights stay apart from extra bedding for bed-settee. In our party we had 3 grown females and one male so we needed other sleeping room. Fortunately I bought with me an extra pillow and a small duvet. I did request extra bedding on application form. This did not prevent us from having a satisfactory stay."

"We woke up sweating the first night. The staff told us management just changed the A/C to go off every 4 hours. So you cannot sleep through the night with air conditioning. Otherwise the room and hotel were great. "
