"Young lady at the front desk needed a little more training, I told her that I am a honors member. She told me that it is ok my room is already paid for. Duh. Room was good except no instructions for tv or microwave. Phone didn’t work. Had to go to front desk to get instructions. Couldn’t get the tv off, so it stayed on. Breakfast was good. No problem with parking."
