"The ac works great , the room was extremely nice and clean. Room has both blinds and curtains. It is above Paul’s cafe which has great food. It is central in Hilo and most things are within walking distance. Farmers market is just down the street. It’s a small quaint hotel with nice rooms, plenty of parking. You should enjoy it as much as we did."

"The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. Just get the bus schedule and be aware that the schedules can change and is not as clear. Ask the drivers to be sure. Our host Michele was very helpful to show and point the area and where to go. Thank you Michele, until next time."

"Marc Nishimoto is such a great guy, if there were any issues it was because of my ignorance; for a simple 2-3 day stay it was perfect for me and my family, if there was any problem, I thought the bath/shower floor was a litttle slippery, but the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, beds good, and an ideal location if you want to check out Kamehmeha Avenue's strip of stores."

"The condo itself was very nice. It was clean & equipped with everything we needed in the bathroom & kitchen. However, the outside was a bit dirty looking. The pool area was not very inviting& It was also very loud being directly on the road. It was nice to have a laundry area on the premises. There were many lovely restaurants in the area (10 min walk). It did take a while for the host to respond to requests. "
