"Hotel has really gone downhill, First room ac did not work, was shown 3 possible replacements, 2 of the 3 had issues, either AC/Tv not working or lights not working. Used to be a nicer place to stay"

"This hotel is beautiful but has some drawbacks that made it less than ideal. The hotel is in a prime location but when we checked into our room it was oversized and smelled. There was a portable fan outside the room when we arrived. When moving to another room it was smaller. Also, in this room the sink was cracked. The valet is $50 a night and there is a destination fee around $27 a night. The lobby offered a great location for relaxing with an amazing view. The bar was lively with engaging bartenders. Overall, I’m pleased with the stay but will not return. "
