"Front desk was suoer friendly and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was beautiful, we loved the soaking tub! The Palm Grill was excellent with friendly and accomodating service. The lobby bar was gorgeous, but both bartenders working could have been a little warmer. They were not unfriendly, just no smile or even a "how is your night". I run a hotel and bar so those little touches go a long way and when guests do not get them, it is noticed. Overall, 4.8 stars - we cant wait to go back!"

"We came from Spokane to do fishing on Liberty Lake, but that night it was raining so we stayed in the room. We watching TV and relaxed on a very comfortable bed. Even the grounds of the hotel is under construction, the room was very comfortable. Even if it wasn't raining outside, I do believe neither one of us would have went fishing..."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely, the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the Osprey restaurant at the hotel, and the food and service were both wonderful. The hotel swimming pool area is amazing and we regretted that we didn't have the time to enjoy it (but we plan to on our next visit!). We look forward to the opportunity to come back and stay for longer."
