"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"The online check in was interesting, I received the email 2hrs before I had said I was going to check in. As I was using the train to get there I was already on my way. "Our second stay here and would return again. Great location on the seafront with car parking available, rooms small but absolutely suited our needs and very clean. "We have just returned from a long weekend staying with Phil and Jo. We are giving them 10/10. The room was big, comfortable,immaculate and warm. "Little awkward to find on foot from Lime Street. Upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. Big gripe: hot water cut off and only way to get it back was to use boost button but this took 45 mins and we missed a timed event because we were late arriving. Small gripe: 1 saucepan to cook in. Needs more. The main toilet flush was weak. Would return, but will remember to boost water heater after going out or during down time! "
