"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"The online check in was interesting, I received the email 2hrs before I had said I was going to check in. As I was using the train to get there I was already on my way. "Our second stay here and would return again. Great location on the seafront with car parking available, rooms small but absolutely suited our needs and very clean. "We have just returned from a long weekend staying with Phil and Jo. We are giving them 10/10. The room was big, comfortable,immaculate and warm. "The most things I like is the cleanliness of the room and the easy communication with the hotel staff. I would highly recommend though that they should list the amenities in the rooms which are not listed when you book the rooms. I had to send asking if they have hair dryer and iron or not because they were not listed along with other facilities I found in the room when I checked in. I highly recommend the place. "

"I had such a wonderful experience with my check-in process. Laura and Kellie were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire check-in process, even though I arrived late. Their decision to leave the check-in instructions in a safe was so considerate and made everything so smooth. The apartment itself was lovely, and the location is just perfect - only a 10-minute walk to everywhere. I'm definitely planning on coming back next year! :)"
