"Friendly staff"

"Hotel was in a great location, very convenient for our visit to Catawba College. Clean accomodations, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area!"

"The staff were amazing! Very welcoming & made sure my family & I had everything we needed to be comfortable."

"Air conditioner broken. TV broken. shower smells like urine. Floors nasty. Would not give refund when checking out early because of horrible conditions. "It was a wonderful stay comfortable and clean room staff exceptionally pleasant and friendly"

"Liked everything."

"Absolutely best value anywhere, spotless, quiet, convenient, the room even smelled good!"

The picture was similar; however, the room was much different in person. They had to buy a blow-up mattress because bed was nasty. They felt roaches crawling on their ears at night. This is ridiculous. I have not had time to reach out to hotel, but I will never put our guys that have worked their...
