"We stayed in room 18. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of cereals, fruits, toast etc and your main plate cooked to order. The reason I gave an average is the WiFi simply didn’t work and the bed smelled of urine. The room was a good size with a really nice shower room.
