"The front desk employee who helped me at checkout was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was extremely disappointing. I was traveling alone with my daughter, so safety was my biggest concern. The room door was not secure—the security latch actually came out of the door when I closed it, making it feel like it could easily be forced open. "After I checked in found the room stinky and dirty. It was night so I lived with it. Found a kids shoe and crumbs under the chair. The next day they gave me a different room but would not discount my stay or refund something for giving me a cheaper room."
