"We stayed there for 4 days as a family of 3. The room was clean. The breakfast selection was perfect. Their brunch time is until 13.30pm. The location was excellent; a few minutes walk to the beach. The bus stop from the hotel is 1 min away and easy access to Palma. Overall, we would recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again."

"This is a perfect little oasis in the heart of Palma. Conveniently located walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, markets, the harbor, cathedral, and much more. The pool area and bar were especially great during our stay. We splurged on a superior room with balcony for two nights and were not disappointed. Staff are friendly and accommodating and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!"

"Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, too! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back again and again. There is just one small thing I would like to mention for future guests visiting for the first time. Sometimes, staff would knock on the door to bring water or chocolate, and if we didn’t put the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside, they would knock three times and then open the door. Honestly, I found this a little unusual and uncomfortable. I understand they were simply trying to be helpful, and I truly appreciate the extra touches, like bringing water and chocolate to the room. However, I’m used to hotels in the United States and Mexico, where this isn’t something that typically happens every day. I’m sharing this only as a small suggestion for improvement, because everything else was truly wonderful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special."

"Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and included everything needed for my stay. Air conditioning worked great, and the pool was clean and relaxing. I loved the walking distance to the beach and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that the Bierkonig is across the street, so music is playing all the time. Bring earplugs if you need sleep. Overall, a great place to stay."
