"Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, too! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back again and again.
There is just one small thing I would like to mention for future guests visiting for the first time. Sometimes, staff would knock on the door to bring water or chocolate, and if we didn’t put the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside, they would knock three times and then open the door. Honestly, I found this a little unusual and uncomfortable. I understand they were simply trying to be helpful, and I truly appreciate the extra touches, like bringing water and chocolate to the room. However, I’m used to hotels in the United States and Mexico, where this isn’t something that typically happens every day.
I’m sharing this only as a small suggestion for improvement, because everything else was truly wonderful. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special."
