"I have nothing but good reviews of this hotel! Great location on a beautiful beach, an amazing breakfast buffet that is included! Our room had a very nice balcony with a beach view, comfortable bed & room. They have a spa that feels great after a long day to soak & relax. The staff all very friendly & helpful. "I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc...
