Housekeeping great too - did the room while I was at breakfast. Loved the buffets. Great location for the beach - you get some party goers but I quite liked that atmosphere and i never lost any sleep from them. Less than 10 minutes and €20 to the airport, less than an hour and €2 to palma city - and the bus stop is nearby too."

"I absolutely cannot fault my mini break spent at the Universal Hotel Neptuno. All front desk staff, in particular, German and Daniel, were extremely helpful, patient, bilingual and approachable. The ideal that you want and expect from any hotel front desk abroad but rarely receive in reality. However this was the case for me, so checking in, booking excursions, recommendations for places to eat out, directions, booking taxis, holding my luggage after check out, any additional requests etc etc...
