"Apartment was really nice, the location is Incredible but the floor was a little dirty and the bedroom cabinet make a noise which can be annoying. Overal, price was great for the apartament. Close to the train and beach. I highly reccomend it!"

"we booked a standard room. the view of the room was the sea. nice sunrise! the room was on 2nd floor. Good things: there is free parking. however it is nearly the yard of hotel and it is not guarded but it is good to have the car in the yard of the hotel for free. the price was good. the restaurant has a fantastic view! also the breakfast is comprehensive and you have alot of options with a very nice staff. the toilets in the room was clean and nearly renovated. there was also travel shampoo for guests. bad things: the room was very basic. there is not any fridge or kettle or anything (maybe in upgraded rooms you can find them.) the room it self was not so clean but it was nearly comparable to the price. hair dryer was working but it was dirty. there is ac in the room but it's power is cut. also there is a radiotor works by central heating. so nearly there is not any option to control the temperature. overall: absolutely comparable to the price. in my opinion based on the free parking, breakfast and view, it worth it. maybe it is worthing to pay a bit more for the upgraded room if you need to stay more than 1 night."

"We had a brilliant stay at Maria's apartment in August. There were 2 adults, a 16 and 12 year old and the space was perfect...inside and out. The swimming pool was well used in 33oc heat! It was lovely to have it all to ourselves and we could use it anytime. The outside shower was useful. The apartment was well equipped....the dishwasher and washing machine were handy!) The neighbourhood is quiet (you can hear the church bells - they were lovely and the train in town. Listen out for the peacock! but none these disturb you). It is a 10/15 min walk to town which is a quaint, traditional spanish town. It comes alive at night but not in a tourist way, just locals going out for dinner. We didn't eat in town but there are plenty of restaurants. Do go to the bakery on the corner...delicious products and get an icecream from one of the parlours! The beach is next to the town...and has a public toilet..very useful. The train is also in town . We took the train to Barcelona on one day. It takes an hour and is very cheap (compared to the UK!). The apartment is on a little hill (and has steps to the inside) and if you have a car, you park at the bottom so it may not suit people with poor mobility. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Maria's communications was 5* and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again and explore north of Sant Pol De Mar."
