"The staff was exceptionally helpful and very polite, the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner was amazing plenty of options for food and drink. We drove so the parking was on the door step of the entrance and plenty of spaces. Great location and value."

"Excellent touch with the lockers, showers and laundry on the lower floor. Clean hotel. Would benefit from a some decoration to the exterior and staff need to be trained in the fire alarm (staff clearly did not know what to do when the alarm went off and were incorrectly stating it was from a neighbouring hotel even though people were in corridors! Staff member had to be told to lower the rear external fire escape stairs)"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
