"The room itself was clean, however it did not feel very welcoming. It was sterile. Everything echoed. No pictures on the wall or rugs on the cold floor. There were no bedside lamps. The only lighting was the bathroom light and the canned lights in the ceiling. All or nothing. The walls were not insulated. We could hear everything and every noise. Peoples conversations. Any door opening or closing. While it was clean and in a good area, it was not a good place to rest my head. "

"Our biggest issues were with the hotel bed (fairly uncomfortable), pillows (small and thin) and the shower water pressure (not the worse I've experienced but far from good). For the positive, the staff were pleasant and the overall property seemed to be well taken care of."

"Room was clean. Staff was great but fridge was warm even after request for maintenance to check it and Netflix or other internet apps on tv wouldn't load even after maintenance. "

"I worked a 19 hour shift just to find my room had no hot water nor any front desk to talk to in the early morning hours, my room phone didn’t work either. I left a note requesting a late check out and luckily I woke up early because this hotel doesn’t offer late check out past 12. When I went to leave I let the front desk know and they didn’t seem to care, they just said thanks well let maintenance know. Terrible rooms and rude staff, I’ll never make the mistake of booking la Quinta again… "
