"Easy access from the freeway. Unfortunately it appears someone must have stolen the remote for the TV. They didn’t have a replacement. We were told to use the buttons on the TV but there was only an on/off so TV was unusable. Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy even though it was sold out due to graduation. Ice maker on our floor was broken. Only had decaf for the keurig in the room. Good lighting in the bathroom."

"Sofia on recepton was extremely helpful and very kind Upon arriving home I called as I thought I had lost some property and she was very helpful. Fortunately I found the items shortly afterward, they had fallen behind my dressing ttable. I recalled the hotel to inform them I had found them and apologised for the disturbance."

Also we ran out of toilet paper and needed to go to the front desk to get additional paper. Also a piece of moulding near the door was loose and easily detached. "
