"Fraoch House is a sweet place. It's older and has charm. Matthew the host was solicitous and eager to please. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. Our room was adequate. Lack of a plug convenient to one side of the.bed and.odd chairs that tipped over when we sat in them were drawbacks. The location was a disappointment. "Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel.
