"The staff up front were nice and let us check in early with our child. I booked a king room online and I was traveling with my husband and child but for some reason the front staff said he'll give us two queen beds. I said my husband and I booked the king room - it was q bit confusing.. Additionally as we carried our bags on the luggage carrier instead of calling the bell boy today assist he just looked at us and smiled and it was another staff member that helped briefly into the elevator. I felt confused if they thought my husband was a worker... I've lowered the rating due to this experience. "

"The security cameras outside don’t work ! Someone tried to break into our truck and when we asked if they could view the cameras we were told they don’t work! Only at the front desk "

"The hotel itself is great, location good for someone travelling but don’t rely on the shuttle service to and from the airport as it ridiculous we had to wait so long we ended up getting a cab (both times). "
