"This property is absolutely brilliant, great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen! Lurdes is a great manager, the whole place is immaculate. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. There are buses available from Palacio Cristal which is 5 mins walk away. There is a Metro line under construction and a station due to open very close by in the near future. Don't let this put...

"Very centrally located in Porto. Located right next to the beautiful Crystal Palace Park. Room was comfortable and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the free coffee. Only downside was that there was street noise. So if quiet is important, just be aware! "

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

"The location is very close to the light train station, just 10 minutes walk. All tourist attractions and restaurants are of walking distance, very convenient indeed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and tidy. There is a coffee shop nearby (sorry, I have forgotten the name) which offers great coffee and nata."

"Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check in, great at giving late check in instructions. Get the top floor room if possible for great city views at night. The restaurant on the first floor is awesome and you can get a glass of wine when you return at night to bring up to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge on whatsapp was very useful and responded fast with requests. Good attention to guests."

"The individual's review will be affected by the room. If you are street side, your experience will be lower that a courtyard room as the street is very busy and noisy. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was excellent. "

"Loved the room. Very spacious, nice, and clean. The shower alone was amazing and deserves 5 stars on its own. The staff was very accomodating to my plant-based breakfast request and made sure I had enough food. Our room safe battery died right before our check out and the staff resved the issue in a very professional and fast manner. The area is great too. Would stay here again. "
