"We arrived a couple hours early and the staff made sure we didn't have to wait long to get our room. We had extended our stay and had two separate reservations. They made it easy to just stay right where we were with no hassle. Very attentive and helpful staff!!"

"Our two nights were very nice. Clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy but the A/C system was turned off so the room got a bit stuffy. Wonderful location."

"Cute little room in a nice part of time. Be warned, if you open the window you will know everything that is going on in the streets. It’s can be loud. But all in all a great stay."

"Poop stain next to the toilet paper roll in the bathroom that was missed by cleaning staff put a damper on the stay. Asked for the bathroom to be disinfected and it was not done. Otherwise the hotel was good, maybe a bit aged but that is expected for London."

"I stayed in the first month of the hotel opening. The location and design are great, along with the helpful staff."
