"Very friendly & helpful staff (thank you for changing our two rooms to keep our family together). The hotel has everything we needed for a single night stay before visiting the Warner Brothers studio. The bathroom was clean, just a little dated. The traffic noise was fairly loud on the front of the hotel, but we were able to close the windows thanks to a fan which was supplied by the hotel. The hotel has a very small car park but we arrived fairly early and got a space."

"The room was perfect for a quick stopover in the area to visit the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Having Tesco next door was great for drinks, snacks, and breakfast. We were also pleased with the a/c on a hot day."

"Our host went above and beyond by helping us find transportation to the Airport. There were 6 adults with 12 luggage and 2 walkers. We tried Uber but vehicles were too small. Excellent service, very clean. Near train station and local Faire."
