"Our room is always spotless and very clean. The hotel is gradually removating the rooms. The staff are so friendly and accomodating, nothing is too much trouble. The views if you are staying in one of the rooms with a balcony are amazing on a clear evening. The town centre is a stones throw away, if you go down the old cobble high street you cone to The Harbour. "

As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. "

"The hotel is lovely, our room was fantastic and clean, the amenaties were great with SPA, Pool, steam room & jacuzzi, didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as we went out but breakfast ( buffet style ) was nice with good variety. Staff were fantastic and the area is quite quiet without being lifeless and we had a superb view over the beach. Also easy walk into Hythe or short drive to Sandgate and Folkstone. Will certainly come back as this place is a real gem"
