"This is a brand new hotel, extremely clean and quiet, there are a lot of restaurants at walking distance, the breakfast is great, and the staff is nice and helpful, a great experience."
"The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were greeted by Connie, pleasant and gave recommendations for eating places in the area. The bedroom and bathroom area was clean, the bed is comfortable. It is perfect for a romantic getaway, my husband missed having a TV in room...sigh 😀"

The fridge in the room was so quiet you couldn't tell one was even in there. Air conditioning was controlled on the wall and no issues.
Outlets for chargers were convenient and towels were replaced each of the days I returned from my adventures.

"Our stay at Nicklin House was very pleasant. I was initially concerned about the check-in process, but it turned out to be incredibly easy. We were given a code to access the house and could arrive anytime after 3 p.m., which was very convenient.

"Stayed before and since upgrades made to bathroom. Only suggestion would be to up date bedspreads to make look more modern and maybe artwork on walls. Neither affected my opinion of this place, just a thought. The owner is sweet and super friendly. My go to when in the area!"
"The property was well kept and attractive with tropical plants and decorations. A food truck was permanently parked in front and was really cute. A short walk through the campground in back takes you right to Lake Erie. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable!"
