The property is equipped to a very high standard, is only 10 minutes drive from one of the best beaches we've found so far on Mauritius, is handy for getting into the national park for walking, not 10 minutes drive away there is a wonderful supermarket and fresh fruit and vegetable roadside stalls. "Nice accommodation in a lovely rural setting. The hoasts Robert and Elizabeth were so kind and helpful. We arrived following a cyclone - everywhere was flooded and we were delayed several hours in driving from the airport. Robert and Elizabeth waited for us and russled up some food and wine which was greatly appreciated. The grounds are.are very special and you are in the middle of farmland. There is an abundace of wildlife including birds,frogs,giant sails and every insect you can think of....

"Extremely comfortable house in lovely gardens and excellent island situation. We wanted space and this place has this. The house is well equipped, has a lovely master bedroom, a great comfortable bed and a delightful outdoor shower. There were a few issues but it would be curmudgeonly to share these when the house gave us such a wonderful month."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Kiter´s Nest war super. Für Ruhe suchende und Naturliebhaber genau der richtige Ort!!! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist umgeben von einem schönen, grossen Garten. Der Blick auf den Morne ist fantastisch. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall sollte man Tiere mögen, von denen hat es nämlich viele. Wir schätzten den tierischen Besuch (Katzen, Hunde, Ziege) immer sehr. Es hat auch viele Insekten, Echsen und sonstige Tiere im und ums Haus....
