Don't expect to go strolling, but a good base for day-trips into Provence (you will need a car). The hotels is modern, a bit arty. Could use a few easy chairs to offset the stylish but noisy dining chairs. Adequate breakfast, but no lunch or dinner service. "

"What an amazing spot!!! The building itself is so charming and the owner is a very special lady. She catered to all our requests and then some. Her breakfast and baked goods were wonderful and her knowledge of the area really made our visit to Uzes extra special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return some day."

A stunning family home, 5 minutes from Uzes and 30 minutes from Avignon.

Family wedding trip

"We all loved the house & the facilities. We were a large family group, mum & dad & four of our five boys with partners & two grandchildren. The house is big, beautifully appointed, so it feels like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped & easy to use. The pool & grounds were all brilliant too. The house & grounds are very peaceful and ideally located to access Uzes, about 10 minutes away. Also we shopped for food in St Quentin, using the local shops & market and that was all we needed. Would highly recommended the house & also wanted to say Sara, the owner provided us with an excellent information pack prior to our departure so everything was crystal clear. Fabulous! for family meals"

First class vacation home with a view.

"My family and I love our annual two weeks of vacation at this beautiful house in Vallabrix. We have space to be together, to be private, to be swimming in the pool and to be enjoying the beautiful garden. The house has everything we need: wonderful living and dining rooms, very comfortable and cool bedrooms, top notch bathrooms and a kitchen that has everything you need for the preparation of your meals. Our host is very helpful, caring, responsive and very patient. For all these reasons we already now look forward to our stay next year."

Great place but needs more accurate listing

"This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). There are extra charges for bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, using the pool, pool heating?, a cleaning fee all to be paid by cash on site. Even with the extra fees the property is a good price, but please put these in the price or clearly explain these up front. If all this was communicated beforehand (no surprises) this would have been a 5-star review."
