"Brilliant location for Palace, parks and Plaza España. We arrived into Chamartin train station and it was easy to get to the hotel on Metro Line 10 and a short walk. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once inside we loved the sympathetic renovations, it felt cosy and comfortable especially the bar area which is beautiful. Our cool and quiet room was perfect, very comfortable bed, twin basins and a bath in the large bathroom, loads of storage and a lovely dressing table with a lift-up lid. Electronic safe was easy to use and the little fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the brownies! The dining room was calm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel. "

"The hotel is well situated with many transportation options. The Categema metro stop is 2 blocks away so it was very easy to go into the city center within a few minutes. The neighborhood is over for travelers as there is a supermarket around the corner and many finding options available outside the hotel. The guest rooms are modern, and the hotel staff was very professional. "
