"The room was ok, it was clean and it had a great front view. Bathroom was tiny, but beds were comfortable. The room was extremely noisy, not from outside but from adjacent rooms, you could hear noises all night. Location is great with a 10 min walk to Atocha."

"Muy buenos"

"Not much to like. Difficult to get into the property and the room. No staff available to troubleshoot. When calling the number they provide for assistance, you can never get to speak to a person. Definitely not recommend staying there"

"Excellent room. Clean. Helpful staff. Fire alarm went off at 2 AM and nobody knew anything or why. Thanks God no fire but apparently one idiot lit up a cigarette. Location of this facility is excellent. I recommend it."

"Buena ubicación, cerca del Metro, la Sra. Elena siempre muy atenta y amable"

"Great shops nearby and the property was clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive too"

"Tiene buena ubicación pero hay mucho ruido. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma"
