"Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management."
