"The villa was exactly as pictured and we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the fully equipt kitchen (two refrigerators!) and being able to cook our meals together. The hosts always answered my questions. Check-in was smooth and he explained everything. A couple things to note, we were there in early September with high heat. "Had a wonderful 6 night stay at this lovely, spacious house with plenty of space for our group of 11. The house has amazing gardens with beautiful views and is in a lovely quiet location. We didn't want to drive and used the bus service from the village to go to Lucca, around a 15 mins journey. The host, Fiona, is fantastic and easy to communicate with. She is very helpful and even arranged for someone to come into the villa to cook a meal for the birthday celebration which was just lovely. All...

"The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. "First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled).
