Stunning hotel, if I had all the money in the world I would still stay here. It’s sunny, truly ski in ski out, great staff, luxury rooms and a cozy bar. Could not love this place more❤️🙌

Altapura Hôtel & Spa Val Thorens
The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. 24h reception desk turned out extremely important for us, as we booked into here last-minute when our original booking in a different ski resort fell through at the last minute, and we arrived here in the small hours of the morning!

They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there.
