"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. There is a free bus that leaves from a stop just close to chalet A that takes you to other ski lifts along...

"Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni piacevoli in una valle tutta da scoprire. L' alloggio è esattamente quello che si vede nelle foto. Il piano cottura è elettrico. "We chose this accommodation to use for a skiing holiday. The location and facilities were suitable for our needs and the local shop and restaurant are worth a visit. We are a family of four so there was ample space for the two teenagers to have their own sleeping areas. The WiFi is only available for two devices although I believe you could purchase more tokens. Amazing location but not what was promised!
"The location of the apartment was amazing with a wonderful view and ski in ski out. The communication with the property manager was poor though and at the end of our stay they were downright rude. We were told by them when we arrived, we needed to clean the property when we left. We took this to mean leave it in a neat state and strip bedding etc but on departure, they insisted on taking my husband round the flat and telling him things were dirty that we hadn't even used. They made him clean the toilet, they were very rude and in the end after half an hour, he just left. There was also internet problems for the whole stay and we weren't able to use our firestick with the TV which is a problem with teenagers. I contacted the property owner about this but he did not fix the problem and when I contacted him again he ignored me. The apartment was very small (the photos are deceptive) and a bit run down but it is cosy and the location makes up for this. Overall, too small for a family of 4 but the location makes up for this and I would have left happy if it wasn't for the awful treatment from the property managers."
