On route to hotel I checked the reservation &they only do check-in until 4pm!? We rushed to get there on time. The room looked pretty nice when we got in. You can tell they are trying to fix the place up. There was a gap between the main room door and its frame and another gap around the air conditioner, where I image bugs have a great time visiting. We heard all traffic, but the buzzing from the refrigerator drowned it out a bit. We got bug spray for the room. After settling in we saw a lot of issues. First issue was figuring out which switches for lights. The headboard has nice lamps, but we had to reroute the cables from the headboard so that all worked at the same time. Then the outlet on one side were loose so cables fell out. The sink had no light/new mirror light broken. The TV worked, but has 1 input option on remote, about 10 channels, and the screen was strobing on every channel. WI-FI disconnected every hour or so. We were given only 2 pillows, and two sets of thin towels, which had rust stains from the cheap towel rack. Hairdryer had gunk throughout. No pad on ironing board. The bathroom had ancient knobs for we figured out it was bathroom heat which was a nice feature, but not marked well. The bath fan didnt' work. We left on day 2 and when re returned room was the same, no new towels, so back to the store to buy towels. I want to give them a better score because they have a lot to manage. But, some of these things came down to maintenance, and others to service

The staff are very nice the Front desk very helpful. Enjoying my stay and also the manager Ms Vickie Thank u for Everything👍👍👍👍

Perfect getaway!
