"I had booked another hotel but changed to this hotel due to the hot tub. We went to the hot tub at 8 and found it didn’t open until 9. We went at 9 and it was closed for servicing. Why couldn’t it be serviced during the hours it is closed. Then when checking out I complained and was told that it has been down for weeks. Funny because when we went at 8 it was not closed. The front desk argued with me about it. It was not posted anywhere that it was down for servicing. "

"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked. "

"Room had a broken window and dirty shower curtains, lightbulbs that were burned out in the rooms and just an overall dinginess. Staff that did the shuttle was rude about tipping and hustled money from every member of our party even when spouses were paying together. He ended up hustling us out of like $50 for a trip for 4+ what we paid for the shuttle Front desk staff was nice and polite. They were apologetic."

"Great clean hotel and had a wonderful view of the harbor. It was quiet. My main concern was the restaurant. I went once and sat and never recognized and a second time it was closed. I did use the coffee shop but it closed early. Staff very nice. I would stay again if I knew the restaurant would be serving. "
