"Packing was easy and secure, but the roaches all over the bed, the toilet, i mean the entire room. Honestly I long been renting hotels or motels, but this one really throw me out the windows. I mean it was nasty, very nasty, that I can't ever imagine. They need to do better. The roaches too many. "

"Safe box was unusable and never fixed during my stay. Breakfast was limited; microwavable sandwiches only. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious room."

"I had booked another hotel but changed to this hotel due to the hot tub. We went to the hot tub at 8 and found it didn’t open until 9. We went at 9 and it was closed for servicing. Why couldn’t it be serviced during the hours it is closed. Then when checking out I complained and was told that it has been down for weeks. Funny because when we went at 8 it was not closed. The front desk argued with me about it. It was not posted anywhere that it was down for servicing. "
