"No manager or office. Luckily, I found a recent email from manager telling me how to open outside box and get key. The apartment was several flights up, and we dragged suitcases over sinking, dirty floors to the elevator, got off, then had two more flights to drag suitcases. Place had roaches, floors were dirty, bed springs hurt, no bedding other than a sheet and light blanket and pillowcase, no soap and no toilet paper or towels.
