"Hosts are very welcoming, the property has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only negative for us was that it was too far from the centre of falmouth. Alrhough an easy route it is down a very steep hill."

"Everything we needed for a lovely week, wonderful walks to The Lizard along cliff path. We drove every day to Helston to pick up a newspaper & provisions. The minor downside is the narrow roads but we only had to back up once all week. We have rebooked again for next year. Fresh air, excellent outlook, no traffic & very private. Cadgwith a short walk along cliff path. Very quite & peaceful."

"Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"Apartment is beautiful, in decor, style and a lot of thought has gone into creating this space. Had lots of personal touches and Serena and Alec are most welcoming and kind. Walkable into town and on main bus route to other towns. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Penzance, really is a hidden gem!"

"My two daughters and I chose Channel View for the lovely sea view and we weren't disappointed. We had the Ground Floor apartment, which was equipped for four with one large double-bedded room and one twin-bedded. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom were very modern and well-equipped. Whilst there is no specific parking space, my daughter always found a gap in one of the side roads so no problem. Touring from Penzance is easy with a local map and we had a lovely week touring around the beaches,...

"Prime location but disappointing apartment. Shabby furniture in lounge, chipped and splinters. Only seating for four, dining chairs (5) were so low, needed a cushion to reach the table. No chairs in bedrooms which were large enough. No welcome pack, just a few teabags and milk sachets, which seemed mean. Not even salt or pepper for cooking. "

"The property was more than adequate 4 star for comfort as the sofa bed was not comfortable for us this is subjective as everyone is different. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a self catering holiday in Falmouth. "

"The apartment is nice modern and clean. Great place without carpets so perfect for people staying with dogs as the dog smell is not to bad without carpets. Location is good and quite only issue is parking The parming space is not really a space and you cam block cars from the drive of houses across the aparent. The apartement has everything you need for self catering for a short stay Good apace for 4 people max. Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt cause of the parking space."

"Very cute bijou studio apartment, hidden away between other character properties. Easy to walk down to harbour for potter round, shop, eat or drink out or just sit and watch the tide and people go by. Very well equipped and immaculately clean."
