* The waterside development contains landscaped communal gardens and is accessible only via electronic gates, so is peaceful, private and secure.
* Inside the flat provides everything you need including fast wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, dryer and of course a dishwasher. 
* Designated work desk and screen to connect to your laptop. 
* Sleeps 4 over a king size and twin beds. 
* Allocated parking for one car. (7kw Electric Vehicle charging available). 
* Children welcome and a cot available on request.
* No pets sadly (currently, we are working on this!)
* Communal tennis court
