"I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to say this was a great hotel choice. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast included. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. We are a family of four with 2 seven year olds and we were pleased with our stay. It's also a short walk to the train station, so you don't need a water taxi or to take the vaporetto. "

"Nice Hostel closed to Mestre train station. Easy access to Venice. Fantastic big supermarket nearby with coffee shop etc . Nice polite friendly staff at the reception. "

"Murano is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and this hotel has a water taxi stop right out front. There are limited and pricey food options around so make sure you eat beforehand in Venice or venture out for dinner by 7. There’s also a Coop grocery store a block down the street if you need snacks. The Hyatt rooms are very spacious—more of a North American size. The buffet breakfast is pricey but good (and may or may not be included in the stay depending on what site/vendor you use to book). The airport shuttle is seamless but check on the time to make sure it’s running when you need it. "

"We had a great experience here, the hotel is in a very convenient location that was easily walkable for two of us from the train station with all of our luggage. The service was great, we were pleasantly surprised with all the updates to our room, and also really enjoyed the breakfast."
